Hello Everyone,
Thank you everyone for the responses.
RBharol, My parents did not overstay last time. Even though they have 10 yr multiple entry and 6-month validity on I-94, they stayed only for 3 months. My concern was that my brother who had sponsored their visa is not living in USA anymore and was questioning the validity of their visa.
I had posted this question on other forums and the general consensus has been that my parent�s visa is still valid and should not be a problem. I am trying to talk to a lawyer and will post the response I get.

Can the docs be sent thru Fedex??
I am not sure of USCIS P.O. Box address, but in general Fedex can't be sent to USPS P.O. Box.
Very rarely USCIS gives street address for sending application.

Do I need an EAD for this
when: after your 140 is approved and 180 days has passed since you filed AOS.
how: by notifying USCIS that you are availing AC21, use EAD to work for new employer.

Depending on where you are traveling from you may have a direct flight to Mumbai or Delhi. Mumbai is closer to Indore and probably has better and more connections. The key is layover at both these airports to meet your flight times to Indore. Both these airports are now world class (been there just recently) and have shuttles that take you from International - your US arrival, to domestic. At Delhi the international and domestic are somewhat far off... but they provide shuttles...

I am not sure what it is misdemeanor or felony. I received an arrest warrant mail to report to police station I went and I was fingerprinted/photographed. I was asked to pay the traffic court fine and that is it.

We are keeping on discussing, letting out our frustrution in the forum but I feel that "best bet" to come out of this "GC Trap" is to have Premium Processing of I-485 (as I mentioned in my earlier post) by paying extra money to USCIS and/or increase EB visa's to expedite our "stucked" PD's...

My Employer had not paid me for 5 weeks. Yesterday, I filed the complain to DOLI, VA. Lets see how it would go. I would recomend, if you have waited so long to get your salary dont get affraid to file the complain. It might be slow but definate success.

The spreadsheet is totally sorted now according to the PD. I had to make one change though. The day of the month of PD was not mentioned and I had to write something to sort it out. I made it 1st of the month for everybody to be able to so sorting. You can change the day if you want to. Also please do not sort the data yourself. I will do it periodically. Just enter your info at the end.

I thought the same about the officer . Now , am in the second category..Have an H1 but my i94 is on H4 stamping ..I hold an Indian passport , do you know if i should get the H1 stamping (first time stamping) in India or can i conveniently get it done in Canada?
So what I understand is that your I 797 (H1 approval) does not have attached I94 at the bottom.
If that is the case, you have two options:
1. File for Change of status with USCIS and then they will send you new I 797 with attached I 94. (you will need your attorney to do this for you).
2. Get H1 stamped on the passport (peferably in India as this is your first H1 stamping).
After that you can get your SS card.

Myself and my wife were discussing on this and there are also some contradicting results from the vaccine.So a vaccine no long enough in the market , whose resukts not yet agreed completely by all the doctors shud not be mandated for anyone ,not just immigrants.

this was known all along (maybe not in as much detail as shown by your post) and people still decided to vote the republicans. I am not surprised though because these were the same people who voted Bush for the 2nd term and the reason for voting Bush was that they thought he was the better guy to go out and have beer with!

Also, you don't need to sell your business nowhere. $1m can be a loan (even from a friend or relative), anything. As long as it's a real investment, and as long as it's a legitimate business. I think it's fair.

Finally, I am current now, I spoke to IO today again ( Again means I call them every month, every week atleast once & So far I got Nice IO's)
She said your case is in current processing time, has not been yet assigned to any officer. checked all the status NC/SC/FP, everything is clear, just waiting for an officer to be assigned. call back after 15-20 days If I dont get any response.
I wanted to know that what impact does one have for calling IO's multiple times.

The title gives the impression that EB3 - India is Current! Appropriate title could have been "My EB3-India petition is current"
